Established in April 2024, the company was founded after four years of extensive research and practical experience under its parent company, Samagra Enterprises. During this foundational period, the team successfully installed over 2 MW of solar capacity across the residential and industrial sectors.
Beginning its journey in Lucknow and Varanasi, Takshaya Power has since expanded its footprint across the entire state. Today, the company maintains a strong operational presence in major cities including Lucknow, Varanasi, Pragyaraj, Ambedkar Nagar, Gorakhpur, Kanpur, Meerut, Saharanpur, Shamli, Muzaffarnagar, Chandauli, Ghaziabad. This rapid expansion is driven by a dedicated workforce of over 50 skilled professionals.
In the next two years, our goal is to create job opportunities for over 100 individuals in UP areas and to implement more than 2,500 projects.
